The fellowship is run by a council of Rotarians, who oversee the operation and day-to-day management of the RFOB. We work to promote the sport of badminton at the grassroots level, establishing clubs and tournament scenes in areas where there was previously no organized badminton scene. Through these clubs and tournaments it fosters international fellowship, while simultaneously offering a platform to showcase and celebrate the talent of badminton racqueters around the world. In addition to running tournaments, our fellowship has also increased visibility for the sport through its social media engagement.
Our fellowship started in District 9212, Ethiopia.
